For over 13 years, I've guided people through yoga, aerial yoga, retreats and professional trainings across multiple countries.

What began as teaching movement evolved into creating experiences that help people reconnect with themselves, challenge their limits and discover new possibilities.

I design retreats, trainings and immersive experiences that bring together movement, nature, learning and meaningful connection.
